We are Re-Tooling Our Game In order to be a good golfer, there is almost a constant need to re-tool your game. When we launched this endeavor in 2007, we were met with a high degree of excitement and that certainly has not diminished. We do, however, need to look for ways to turn that excitement into even greater member participation. So we are looking for ways to re-tool our game in ways that will increase our membership participation - and we are looking for your help in doing that. In the coming weeks, you will see a series of changes from us regarding the structure of our organization. We are looking at membership criteria, tournament organization, sponsorship guidelines and all other areas that will help us to ensure we are meeting the needs of our current and prospective members. We are developing a survey that will be available for your input shortly - we want to hear what you would like this organization to be and how we can best achieve those objectives. Our inaugural year delivered many positive and encouraging accomplishments. We achieved much of what we sought to do but we are always looking for the right combination of goals and objectives that will allow us to achieve the mission we have set for ourselves. By re-tooling our game we believe we will come a lot closer to par for the course! |
